The staff is attentive. As far as authenticity/taste goes, it's good if you're in the Arlington area. However, if you're willing to drive to Dallas, "open sesame" is good. OR my favorite deli spot "fadias" in Plano is a great spot to go to.

Incredible food! Wonderful service! The building looks like it used to be a sonic which is fun and they recently expanded the dining area. When you go for the first time I highly recommend the gyro plate or or the shawarma plate! Both are to die for.
